The ACE Annual Meeting, or ACE-Fest as it is informally nicknamed, is held
primarily to conduct official club business while at the same time provide a
social venue to meet and interact with attending members.

The meeting date and location is determined by the club president; and, in
recent years, has been held at the home of the president.  All members of
ACE are encouraged to attend.

Aside from the official club business activities that are conducted, there
is a variety of other club-related activities planned.  Such activities
might include club-related exhibits of covers, impromptu seminars on cover
design or other topics, cover exchanges, application of special ACE-fest
cancellations, a cover contest, viewing of the ACE archives, and plenty of
food!
